Full Professor of Corporate Finance at LIUC Cattaneo University, and Board member. She is Director of the Master Degree in Merchant Banking and Private Capital, and of the Centre on Finance for Growth and Innovation of LIUC Business School. Chief Executive of AIFI – Italian Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt Association. She is independent Director of Banca Mediolanum SpA (listed Borsa Italiana), LU – VE SpA (listed Borsa Italiana) and Sol SpA (listed Borsa Italiana). She is Vicepresident of Advisory Committee of Borsa Italiana.
